The IGCSE and Edexcel, explained
How the Cambridge IGCSE and Edexcel course is assessed and graded.
- Assessment comes at the end of the course, through a mix of written, oral, coursework and practical assessment.
- Graded from A* to G (Cambridge) or 9 to 1 (Pearson Edexcel).
- Examination sessions take place twice a year, in June and November.
- Results are issued in August and January.
